📌 Important Information

1. What to bring: Swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, and a valid photo ID (passport, driving license, or Emirates ID). The name on the ID must match your booking.


2. Minimum age: 10 years. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult.


3. Location: The Lost Chambers Aquarium, Atlantis, The Palm – Crescent Rd, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.


4. Languages: Instructors speak English (translators can be brought for other languages).


5. Check-in: You must arrive at the Lost Chambers Ticketing Plaza to redeem your voucher. Present your ID and confirmation.


6. Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the experience start time (local time).


7. After diving: You must not fly or go above 300 metres (1,000 feet) for at least 12 hours after diving.


8. Medical conditions: If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, you may need a doctor's approval to participate. Atlantis reserves the right to refuse anyone deemed unqualified.
